EMERGE prepares youth ages 18-24, for emerging careers in the film and creative media industry.

This nine-month apprenticeship program provides job training to youth who are not enrolled in college full-time and for those who are underemployed/unemployed and helps them secure sustainable employment opportunities.

Participants build their portfolio, receive coaching from mentors, and work collaboratively with team members while gaining client-based work experience. The EMERGE program develops a pipeline of talent for the projected millions of jobs requiring advanced digital skills in the public and private sectors. Trainees will then be able to compete in the ever-changing digital economy, which is transforming Georgia’s employment landscape and changing the trajectory of their lives.
